We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured custom storage and discharge containers at the request of a pharmaceutical manufacturer. [Example] High Viscosity Liquid Storage and Discharge Container

No water accumulation and improved cleaning performance! The handle is welded without gaps, ensuring a sanitary design that prevents dirt from getting in!

We would like to introduce a case where we custom-made a "high-viscosity liquid storage and discharge container" and delivered it to a food additive manufacturer. The container features a sloped bottom towards the discharge direction, allowing for smooth discharge of the contents to the next process. However, the existing standard products were unable to discharge high-viscosity liquids smoothly. Therefore, we designed and manufactured the bottom slope of the tapered container to be steeper than that of standard products. This modification enabled smooth discharge of high-viscosity contents to the next process. 【Features】 - The side of the container is equipped with a card holder (card case) for inserting cards to identify processes and contents. - The skirt has been changed to a square bar to reduce dirt accumulation, making it easy to wipe and dry after cleaning. - The handle is welded without gaps, ensuring a sanitary design that prevents dirt from entering. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. *Other cases can be viewed via "PDF Download."

Almost all internal liquid discharged! Single taper type stainless steel universal container [KTT-ST]

It is a storage and discharge container with an inclined bottom plate. It is a standard type with a cover lid.

- The bottom plate is inclined in the discharge direction, allowing all liquid to be discharged. - The discharge port is located on the side of the container, enabling shorter piping arrangements. - The plate thickness is made from thin sheets of t1.0 to t2.0, making it easy to handle during movement and cleaning of the container. - The corners of the bottom have an R structure that makes it difficult for dirt to accumulate. - A pump can be connected for liquid transfer. - Immediate delivery is also possible. (20L, 35L, 65L, 100L, 150L, and 200L are in stock.) Specifications can be changed according to the application.
